Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at contact@tropictideswim.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and a clear photo of the item(s) in its current condition.
Upload a Photo: Ensure the photo clearly shows the item(s), including any defects or reasons for dissatisfaction, as well as the original tags and packaging.
Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Once we receive the photo and verify the condition, we will process your refund.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Gift cards
- Swimwear bottoms with removed hygiene seals
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
In the rare event that a product is found to be out of stock after you have placed your order, we will promptly notify you via email. You will have the option to:
- Receive a Full Refund: We will process a full refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- Choose an Alternative Product: We can suggest similar products that are in stock. If you choose to switch to an alternative product, any difference in price will be refunded or charged accordingly.
